19952 Ashkinazi           Discovered 1982 Oct. 20 by L. G. Karachkina at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Alexey Alexandrovich Ashkinazi (b. 1949) is deputy director for capital construction at CrAO. For 39 years he was engaged in the construction and repair of the Observatory's telescopes and residential buildings, as well as the construction of communication lines to the outside world.
