19731 Tochigi           Discovered 1999 Dec. 9 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Tochigi is a prefecture north of Tokyo. Its World Heritage site in Nikko houses shrines and temples associated with the Tokugawa Soguns. Part of Tochigi was damaged during the March 2011 earthquake.
