19701 Aomori           Discovered 1999 Sept. 29 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Aomori prefecture, Japan, is located in northernmost Tohoku Region, Honshu. The southeastern coast of Aomori was damaged during the March 2011 tsunami.
