19664 Yancey           Discovered 1999 Sept. 9 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Bryan D. Yancey (b. 1988) is a finalist in the 2003 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge, a middle school science competition, for his environmental sciences project. He attends the Lawton Chiles Middle Academy, Lakeland, Florida.
