19643 Jacobrucker           Discovered 1999 Sept. 7 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Jacob Jeffrey Rucker (b. 1989) is a finalist in the 2003 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge, a middle school science competition, for his earth and space science project. He attends the Rhoades School for the Gifted, Encinitas, California.
