19598 Luttrell           Discovered 1999 July 14 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Jeffrey Michael Luttrell (b. 1988) is a finalist in the 2003 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge, a middle school science competition, for his behavioral science project. He attends the Kyrene del Pueblo Middle School, Chandler, Arizona.
