19509 Niigata           Discovered 1998 June 29 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Niigata prefecture is located on the island of Honshu, Japan. The Asteroids, Comets, Meteors 2012 meeting is to be held at Toki Messe in Niigata city, capital of the prefecture. Niigata is known for high quality rice and sake.
