19310 Osawa           Discovered 1996 Nov. 4 by I. Sato and H. Fukushima at the Mitaka Station of the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan.
Osawa, meaning "big dale", is the name of the area in the southwestern part of Mitaka City where the National Observatory is located. The name was selected by the observatory's Steering Committee among candidates nominated by observatory staff members.
