18649 Fabrega           Discovered 1998 Mar. 24 by the OCA-DLR Asteroid Survey at Caussols.
Joaquin Fabrega (b. 1967) is an amateur astronomer from Panama. He is a long-time member, past president and benefactor of the Asociacion Panameña de Aficionados a la Astronomia, he now uses a mobile observatory to view the sky in remote places in Panama.
