18635 Frouard           Discovered 1998 Mar. 2 by the OCA-DLR Asteroid Survey at Caussols.
Frouard is a city in the Lorraine region of France known for its mill, which it has had since the high Middle Ages. Later the city had an active steel industry, and today it is mostly known for its fluvial harbor.
