18461 Seiichikanno           Discovered 1995 Aug. 17 by T. Okuni at Nanyo.
Seiichi Kanno (b. 1954) is an education consultant and an amateur astronomer, who has observed the planets since 1970. He built an observatory in Kaminoyama city, Yamagata, in 1989, and now observes the planets with a video camera.
