18288 Nozdrachev           Discovered 1975 Nov. 2 by T. M. Smirnova at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Aleksandr Danilovich Nozdrachev (b. 1931) is a professor and head of physiology at St. Petersburg University. He proved experimentally the existence of the metasympathetic nervous system and described general laws of the electrical processes in the nerves of animals.
