18160 Nihon Uchu Forum           Discovered 2000 Aug. 7 at Bisei Spaceguard Center.
Nihon Uchu Forum, or Japan Space Forum, is a Japanese foundation that aims to promote technology for developing space. JSF constructed the Bisei Spaceguard Center, where minor planets and space debris are observed optically, and it will construct the Kamisaibara Spaceguard Center for observing space debris by radar.
