17286 Bisei           Discovered 2000 July 8 at Bisei Spaceguard Center.
Bisei is the town in Okayama prefecture where the Bisei Spaceguard Center and the Bisei Astronomical Observatory are located. The town is famous for its local law protecting the night sky against light pollution.
