17025 Pilachowski           Discovered 1999 Mar. 13 by R. A. Tucker at Goodricke-Pigott Observatory.
Caty Pilachowski (b. 1949) is a specialist in the study of stellar evolution and compositions, nucleosynthesis and astroseismology. A long-time member of the scientific staff of the National Optical Astronomy Observatories, she was recently elected to serve as president of the American Astronomical Society.
