16817 Onderlička           Discovered 1997 Oct. 30 by P. Pravec at Ondřejov.
Bedřich Onderlička (1923-1994) was a prominent Czech astrophysicist and enthusiastic pedagogue, head of the department of astrophysics of Masaryk University in Brno. He specialized in stellar kinematics and chemistry of late-type stars.
