16700 Seiwa           Discovered 1995 Feb. 22 by T. Kobayashi at Oizumi.
Seiwa village, where the Seiwa-Kogen public observatory is located, is in the center of the island of Kyushu. The village is famous for its Bunraku puppet shows.
