Eduardo Röhl (1891-1959) was a Venezuelan scientist, humanist and entrepreneur, known for his research in climatology, meteorology, ornithology, astronomy, history and geography. He created the Venezuelan Society of Natural Sciences and in 1952 initiated the creation of the National Observatory of Venezuela.
