15857 Touji           Discovered 1996 Mar. 10 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
Yasuo Touji (b. 1949) is an amateur astronomer in Ishigakijima, Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. He is now the Chief director of a local astronomy club, "Yaeyama Hoshinokai", and contributes to the popularization of astronomy.
