15609 Kosmaczewski           Discovered 2000 Apr. 7 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Named in honor of Sara G. Kosmaczewski for achievement as a finalist in the 2001 Discovery Young Scientist Challenge (DYSC), a middle school science competition. Sara is a student at the St. Rita School, Hamden, Connecticut.
