15510 Phoeberounds           Discovered 1999 Oct. 4 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Phoebe Robeson Rounds (b. 1985) was named a finalist in the 2003 Intel Science Talent Search, a science competition for high school seniors, for her physics project. She attends the Irondequoit High School, Rochester, New York.
