15382 Vian           Discovered 1997 Sept. 20 by L. Šarounová at Ondřejov.
Boris Vian (1920-1959), French writer (L´ecume des jours, L´arrache-coeur), singer (Le déserteur) and jazz musician, also has an interest in astrophysics, electronics and ecology. He links the rules of writing fiction with an intense and imaginative word play. The name was suggested by J. Montanné.
