14436 Morishita           Discovered 1992 Mar. 23 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
After Yoko Morishita (b. 1947) retired from the medical field in 2007, she decided to nurture her interest in astronomy. She is an enthusiastic supporter of activities at the Astronomical Society of Shikoku, making many contributions there to furthering the spread of astronomical awareness.
