14314 Tokigawa           Discovered 1977 Feb. 18 by H. Kosai and K. Hurukawa at the Kiso Station of the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory.
With a population of 8000, Tokigawa is a village east of the Chichibu mountain range in Saitama prefecture, north of Tokyo, near where Dodaira station was located. This village was particularly supportive of the observatory. The citation was prepared by Y. Kozai.
