14097 Capdepera           Discovered 1997 Aug. 11 by A. Lopez and R. Pacheco at Mallorca.
Capdepera, a village in eastern Mallorca where the first discoverer lived for many years, is celebrating its 700th anniversary in 2000. The village contains a well-preserved castle from the 14th century and a beautiful beach.
