14015 Senancour           Discovered 1994 Jan. 16 by E. W. Elst and C. Pollas at Caussols.
Etienne Pivert de Senancour (1770-1846), a French essayist and philosopher, is considered one of the precursors of the Romantic Movement. His epistolary novel Obermann (1804) was greatly inspired by the philosophical ideas of Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
