134088 Brettperkins           Discovered 2004 Dec. 9 by the Catalina Sky Survey.
Brett Perkins (b. 1967) is the Launch Site Integration Manager for the OSIRIS-REx Mission. He served in a similar capacity for the JUNO Jupiter mission and multiple TDRSS missions. During the Space Shuttle Program he served as a test engineer and a NASA Test Director for missions from 1990 through 2011.
