12339 Carloo           Discovered 1992 Dec. 18 by E. W. Elst at Caussols.
Carloo, a small hamlet south of the Royal Observatory at Uccle, was a former seigniory that was mentioned in the thirteenth-century Cariloe. The name means "open area in a bushy height".
