12329 Liebermann           Discovered 1992 Sept. 23 by F. Borngen at Tautenburg.
The painter Max Liebermann (1847-1935) is one of the greatest masters of German impressionism. He painted outstanding portraits and landscapes, and he was a remarkable graphic artist. President of the Prussian Academy of Arts during 1920-1933, he was later ostracized.
