11119 Taro           Discovered 1996 Aug. 9 by T. Okuni at Nanyo.
Soutaro Ito (b. 1925) has contributed much to the popularization of astronomy and established the Nanyo Astronomical Lovers Club in 1983. He was central to the establishment in 1986 of the society's observatory, the Nanyo Civil Astronomical Observatory.
