11016 Borisov           Discovered 1982 Sept. 16 by L. I. Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Vladimir Aleksandrovich Borisov (1809-1862), regional ethnographer in the town of Shuya and a member of Russian Geography Society, was the author of a book about Shuya and its environs.
