10142 Sakka           Discovered 1993 Nov. 15 by A. Sugie at Dynic Astronomical Observatory.
Kazuyuki Sakka (b. 1943), the director of the Kyoto School of Computer Science, studied spectroscopic properties of galaxies and emission nebulae. He has also created software for astronomy education and popularization.
