11583 Breuer           Discovered 1994 Aug. 12 by E. W. Elst at the European Southern Observatory.
Jozef Breuer (1842-1925) was an Austrian physician who anticipated the process of psychoanalysis. In the famous case study of "Anna O.", Breuer concluded that neurotic symptoms result from unconscious processes.
