11518 Jung           Discovered 1991 Apr. 8 by E. W. Elst at the European Southern Observatory.
Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist who developed the (much contested) concept of the collective unconscious (archetypes). From 1907 to 1912, he was a close collaborator of Sigmund Freud, a relationship that later collapsed, because of Jung's irrational interests.
