6970 Saigusa           Discovered 1992 Jan. 10 by S. Otomo at Kiyosato.
Yosikazu Saigusa (b. 1928), a retired broadcast engineer is a Japanese amateur astronomer. He discovered comets C/1975 T2 and C/1983 J1 visually from Kofu city.
