58572 Romanella           Discovered 1997 Sept. 7 by M. Tombelli and G. Forti at Montelupo.
Russell Romanella (b. 1958) is an experienced space engineer involved in human space exploration activities such as the Space Shuttle, International Space Station and Constellation projects. His passion for space is also evident in his talks at conferences. The name was suggested by C. Casacci and P. Messidoro.
