5202 Charleseliot           Discovered 1983 Dec. 5 by A. Mrkos at Klet.
Charles William Eliot (1834-1926) was an American chemist and the 21st President of Harvard College (1869-1909). He oversaw the growth of the school into a world-renowned research institution, and played a key role in reforming American higher education by pioneering standardized entrance exams and elective courses.
