4211 Rosniblett           Discovered 1987 Sept. 12 by H. Debehogne at the European Southern Observatory.
The British archaeologist Rosalind Niblett is co-author of Alban's Buried Towns: An Assessment of St. Albans' Archaeology up to A.D. 1600, the first in a series of studies of important archaeological sites in England. The citation was prepared by M. M. Dworetsky.
