40328 Dow           Discovered 1999 June 20 by D. Healy at Junk Bond Observatory in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
The discoverer's mother, Marjorie Dow Healy (1906-2000), sparked his interest in astronomy by teaching him the constellations when he was a child. She was privileged to view Comet 1P/Halley at both the 1910 and 1986 apparitions.
