Jerold Z. Kaplan (b. 1945) is a physician and surgeon who has been caring for individuals with burns and wounds in northern California since 1977. He is a burn prevention educator and utilizes medical hypnosis. As teenagers, he and this minor planet's discoverer often viewed the heavens with the latter's 60-mm refractor. |
