31650 Frýdek-Místek           Discovered 1999 Apr. 18 by P. Pravec at Ondřejov.
The twin cities of Frýdek and Místek, on opposite sides of the Ostravice river at the border of Silesia and Moravia, are located in the beautiful landscape below the Beskydy Mountains. The discoverer lived in the twin cities for most of his childhood.
