23769 Russellbabb           Discovered 1998 June 24 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Russell S. Babb (b. 1993) is a finalist in the 2007 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge (DCYSC), a middle school science competition, for his botany and zoology project. He attends the Mountain Ridge Junior High School, Highland, Utah.
