21989 Werntz           Discovered 1999 Dec. 5 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Ruslan Alan Werntz (b. 1989) is a finalist in the 2005 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge (DCYSC), a middle school science competition, for his biochemistry, medicine, health, & microbiology project. He attends the Coppell Middle School West, Coppell, Texas.
