21166 Nobuyukishouji           Discovered 1993 Dec. 6 by T. Seki at Geisei.
Nobuyuki Maeda (b. 1957) and Shouji Higasioka (b. 1958) are brothers living in Aki city in Kochi prefecture. Nobuyuki, formerly a high school teacher, teaches astronomy at Geisel Observatory. Shouji is a comet hunter and volunteers for astronomy outreach activities.
