21082 Araimasaru           Discovered 1991 Oct. 13 by T. Hioki and S. Hayakawa at Okutama.
Masaru Arai (b. 1952) is a Japanese amateur astronomer. A devoted observer of small bodies, he has made an astrograph for automatic surveys and discovered the comet C/1991 A2 and 42 minor planets with H. Mori at Yorii.
