Charles W. Juels (b. 1944) of Fountain Hills, Arizona, is a public health physician/psychiatrist and an amateur astronomer who discovered and demonstrated that hunting minor planets can be an addictive activity. In only a year and a half he has been credited with the discovery of 65 numbered objects.
