19853 Ichinomiya           Discovered 2000 Oct. 2 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Ichinomiya is the name of a high school in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. The school was selected as a Super Science High School by the Japanese government. Some of its students observe minor planets.
