19721 Wray           Discovered 1999 Nov. 10 by C. W. Juels at Fountain Hills.
James D. Wray (b. 1936) directed the Institute of Meteoritics (1966-1967) and was deputy P.I. for NASA Skylab Experiment S-019 (1969-1980). Author of The Color Atlas of Galaxies (1988), and founder of SciTech Astronomical Research (1989), he currently develops state-of-the-art automated observatories.
