17354 Matrosov           Discovered 1977 Mar. 13 by N. S. Chernykh at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory.
Vladimir Mefodievich Matrosov (b. 1932) is known for his research in theoretical mechanics, the dynamics of nonlinear and complex systems and stability theory. He has worked in Kazan, Novosibirsk and Irkutsk.
