173108 Ingola           Discovered 1960 Sept. 24 by C. J. van Houten and I. van Houten-Groeneveld on Palomar Schmidt plates taken by T. Gehrels.
Ingeborg Walpurga Gasperi (1915-2002) grew up in Germany and Switzerland. In 1942 she married Mario Gasperi, an Italian engineer and expert in the construction of airplanes. The name was suggested by her second cousin, J. Schubart.
